Loving this t-shirt, putting it on made me feel instantly better about myself, very comfortable and it doesn't make you sweat tons or anything like that. only criticisms are that you can see it under most t-shirts, the collar i mean. if this bothers you you'd be better off with a vest i reckon. also, i wish i ordered one size smaller, i measured myself as per the guidelines on here but i'm certain i could have got into a medium instead of a large and had an even better effect, on the whole though, awesome t-shirt, would recommend to anybody but don't be put off by getting a size smaller i'd say.
